Delete Your Freqy Account
You can permanently delete your Freqy account and all associated data directly from the app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Freqy app on your device
- Tap the Settings tab at the bottom
- Tap the More button in the top-right corner
- Tap "Delete my account"
- Confirm deletion twice when prompted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials (email and password)
- All training progress, statistics, XP, and daily streaks
- All saved training presets
- Any presets you published to the community
- Your profile information (name, bio)
- Liked presets and download history
⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Data Retention
All user data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. No data is retained after deletion is complete.
